- PAINTINGS
In Sardinia and Italy much is lying just below the surface, unseen, hidden. It fosters my curiosity. My interest is in the expression of this hidden structure, these barely visible traces of the many thousands of years of interaction between humans, the land, and the Mediterranean Sea, that manifests itself in color and form on the surface my paintings.
Most of my paintings are done outdoors, on site, in plein air, and are about landscape, people, and life.
